Kibubu is made by Cloud Rebue Solutions Ltd in Nairobi.
Most SACCOs run on spreadsheets, a desktop program or a general accounting package. Each one means re-typing, late statements and arguments about who paid what. Kibubu replaces that with one system where every deposit, repayment and dividend is recorded once and shows up everywhere it should.
It is designed around how SACCOs in Kenya work: members pay by M-Pesa, guarantors stand behind loans with their savings and shares, dividends follow share balances, and many members use basic phones, so there is a member app and USSD sharing one PIN.
Every SACCO's data is kept fully separate, every change is logged in an audit trail, and each staff member only sees what their role allows.
